My wife and I opened Spring Church Bed and Breakfast in June 2009. We were raised in Portsmouth, spent 20 years in the Army and now transplants from Northern Virginia to Skippers. Earlier this year, we went to Rosemont Winery to taste and purchase wines for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Out of the 5 or 6 wines purchased, the Traminette was the favorite of the ladies with the LaCrosse a close 2nd. The favorite for the men was the Cabernet Sauvignon. We plan to purchase and maintain Rosemount wines for family events and for our guests in the future.

I am a local retiree living at Lake Gaston on the NC side. I've been to the winery several times since it opened and each time has been a very pleasant experience. Of all the wines I've had there the cab-franc is my favorite by far.
