Come to join us at the Winery for an afternoon of learning how to make your own cheese! Sharon Munyak from Hobby Hill Farm Fresh is coming back to Rosemont on Saturday, July 28th to teach you how to make Halloumi Cheese – a semi-hard, unripened brined cheese made from cow’s milk. These cheeses are the perfect addition to any get together you have planned for the summer!
This class is structured to allow participants to take home their very own batch of cheese and this class also includes a glass of Rosemont wine to enjoy during the class. The cost is $40 per person. Sign up today as spaces are limited!
