Come join us at the Winery for an afternoon cheese making class! Sharon Munyak from Hobby Hill Farm Fresh is coming back to Rosemont on Saturday, November 18th to teach you how to make soft cheeses – creamy and crumbly in texture. We will even incorporate Rosemont’s very own Tartan into a batch! These cheeses are the perfect addition to any get together you have planned for the holiday season, and just in time for Thanksgiving.
Each participant will receive cultured cheeses made in class to take home, a sampler package of cheeses made by Sharon at Hobby Hill Farm in Powhatan, and a glass of Rosemont wine to enjoy during the class. The cost is $40 per person. Sign up today as spaces are limited!

Please Note: We will be working in groups of two for this event, so you will be splitting the cheese that you make together to take home.
