Our Extra Brut Sparkling White with Zero Dosage. Aromas of white peaches and grapefruit with bright acidity.

Brand New Release! Please help us in welcoming the 2022 vintage of our Extra Brut Sparkling White! Made in the Charmat method, you’ll enjoy these fun, light bubbles with aromas of lemon and candied ginger with crisp acidity.

It is made from 100% Chardonel grapes and is unfiltered to give it more depth and body. It has zero dosage, making it one of the driest bottles of bubbles you will find.

We’re excited to share that our 2022 Teaghlach S

We’re excited to share that our 2022 Teaghlach Series Tannat is officially here, and it’s arriving just in time for International Tannat Day, today, April 14.

This is only the second time we’ve released a varietal Tannat, and if you loved the 2019 vintage, you should be even more excited about this one! The 2022 vintage opens with aromas of dark plum, licorice, cardamom, and leather, leading into a full-bodied palate with firm, drying tannins. It’s bold, structured, and will age gracefully for years to come.

The 2022 Tannat will also be included in our May Wine Club shipments. With just 196 cases produced, availability is limited. We’ll be holding some back for Club allocations, and purchases are currently limited to 1 case per Member.

New Sparkling Wine Releases ✨
Celebrate with a Special Promotion April 11th - 13th.

We are so excited to announce that we’ve been busy crafting the next vintages of our Extra Brut Sparkling Wines in the cellar and they are now ready to be released to the world! Starting Friday, April 11th, you will be able to purchase the 2022 Extra Brut Sparkling White and the 2023 Extra Brut Sparkling Rosé in the tasting room!

The 2022 Extra Brut Sparkling White is refreshing with flavors of lemon, candied ginger, and a hint of brioche - perfect for brunch or for making your favorite sparkling wine cocktail! The 2023 Extra Brut Sparkling Rosé is fresh and bright, with aromas of strawberries and lime, and will be another crowd favorite, we’re sure!

To celebrate their release, we are offering an extra 10% off on all case purchases of our bubbly, and mixing and matching is encouraged, although not a requirement! So you can add 10% on top of any Wine Club, Barrel Club, or case discounts that you would already receive from purchasing a case, but just for this weekend only! The offer is available online or in the Tasting Room and will run all day Friday, April 11th, through Sunday, April 13th.
