They’re here 💘 Wine & Chocolate Pairings are now available daily here in the Tasting Room while supplies. Enjoy a flight of chocolate together with a tasting or wine flight for just $6. Bring your sweetheart, girlfriends, or family and savor this sweet experience here at Rosemont.

A friendly reminder that reservations are only made for groups of over 8 guests, and only for a Group Tasting, which can include the Chocolate Pairings if you’d like!

Get ready for delicious weekend of wine, chocolate, and the long-awaited return of Tartan!

Starting tomorrow, February 1, our Wine & Chocolate Pairing Flights make their annual debut just in time for Valentine’s season. For the entire month of February (or while supplies last) add our famous chocolate pairings to your tasting or flight for just $6.

And to make things even sweeter…Tartan is back! After nearly four years, Batch No. 4 of this highly anticipated blend debuts tomorrow, February 1- and for the first time, it’s available to the public! This Ruby Port-style wine, crafted from Cabernet Franc, Chambourcin, Petit Verdot, and Tannat, has been carefully aged, with some portions resting in barrels for a decade. The result? A rich, velvety pour with deep, jammy notes of blackberry and plum - perfectly decadent when paired with chocolate.

Things are starting to thaw here in Southern Virginia. With the sun shining and temperatures on the rise, it’s the perfect time for a visit. Whether you’re in the mood for a guided tasting, a curated wine flight, or a bottle of your favorite, we’ve got you covered.

Guided tastings are $15 per person and include samples of eight of our current vintages, along with a keepsake logoed wine glass. If you prefer a more taste-at-your-own-pace experience, try one of our self-guided wine flights, featuring four pre-selected themed wine selections, priced between $15 and $20.

For groups of nine or more, we kindly ask that you call ahead at 434-636-9463 to make a reservation so we can ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Tonight’s the night! We can’t wait to celebrate the highly anticipated release of our 2022 Kilravock with our 1858 Wine Club & Barrel Club Members tonight, Saturday, January 25. A friendly reminder that the winery will be closing an hour early tonight at 5pm to prepare for the festivities.
