Our handcrafted Vermouth, made in collaboration with Capitoline Vermouth of Washington, DC, begins with a blend of Rosemont wine, fortified with brandy and infused with local herbs, citrus peel, and a medley of botanicals. It shines on its own, over ice, or mixed into a classic cocktail like a Manhattan or Gin & Tonic.

And speaking of cocktails, to mark the occasion, we’re bringing back a tasting room favorite—the Rosemont Spritz. This refreshing cocktail blends our Vermouth with our Extra Brut Sparkling White and Cappelletti, creating the perfect sip for the changing seasons.
